The Butlins Cup

32 teams will compete over 2 weekends at Butlins, Minehead for the inaugural Butlins Cup, an officially recognised England Beach Soccer event. This is an open tournament for men’s teams from anywhere in the UK, teams must consist of at least 9 players and all players must be at least 16 years of age.

The Super Final will be played in front of and expected 2,000 beach soccer fans as a curtain raiser to the Butlins 4 Nations Cup. Both finalist teams will also receive expert tuition from the England Beach Soccer Team. And if that wasn’t an incentive enough, England Beach Soccer scouts will be watching every match to identify one player from the tournament who will be identified and fast tracked into the England squad to play in the 4 Nations Cup, earning an England Beach Soccer cap.

Bookings must be made through Butlins and team places are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

There will be 2 Butlins Cup Qualifier weekends - June 20/21 and July 4/5, the winning team from each weekend will be invited back to Butlins on July 24/25/26 for the Super Final, to be played along side a full international event - The Butlins 4 Nations. Here the Butlins Cup champions will be crowned and at least one player from the 2 previous events will be playing for England in front of an estimated 2000 spectators again at Butlins Minehead
